CHECK-OUT PROCESS

After you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email including your order details. Once the package is on its way we will send you a dispatch email and a Track & Trace link so you can track your package. All the tracking numbers can be tracked down on www.postnl.nl. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct, as we’re unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. If there are any mistakes made in the shipping address we're not responsible for lost packages. 

We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers. During high traffic, such as public holidays, there may be slightly longer delivery times.
